We have put together a list for you here of questions relating to applications and to our applicants’ portal. Should you have any further questions, the Stiegelmeyer Group human resources team will be pleased to assist you.

To enable us to process incoming applications as quickly as possible, please send us your application documents in a compact PDF file to one of our application mailboxes: bewerbungen(at)stiegelmeyer.com or ausbildung(at)stiegelmeyer.com. It is also possible to submit an application in paper form to our human resources management.

Your application should include a covering letter, a current curriculum vitae (CV), complete work and apprenticeship certificates and school reports. Please send us your application in PDF format, if possible.

Yes, an unsolicited application is possible at any time. In this case, please indicate your preferred field of work.

Human resources management and the department concerned will start by pre-selecting a number of candidates and decide together which applicants will be invited for an initial interview.

The criteria used will be the requirements profile for the position to be filled, as well the skills and specialist knowledge that the applicant has.

  • You can apply for advertised vacancies at any time.
  • If you submit an unsolicited application (e.g. for an internship), please apply two to three months in advance ( as we may forward your application to several departments).
  • The selection procedure for commercial apprentices usually starts one year before the start of training (i.e. before the summer holidays) and, for industrial apprentices, about six months before the start of training.

It goes without saying that your data will be treated confidentially. Your personal data will only be given to persons and offices (e.g. departments, works council, severely handicapped representatives) in our company who need your personal data for the recruitment decision and for fulfilling our contractual and legal obligations.

We store your personal data for the duration of the application process. If the application procedure is completed without being hired, we will store your data for a further six months, unless statutory retention periods or statutory limitation periods preclude deletion.

It goes without saying that you can reapply for another position after a rejection.

Yes, once we have received your application, you will receive confirmation of receipt. If you have applied electronically and have not received confirmation of receipt, please check your spam folder. If you do not find it there either, please contact our human resources management.
